Welcome to Dantata Town Developers Academy. By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. About Dantata Town Developers Academy

Dantata Town Developers Academy (DTD Academy) is the digital learning platform of Dantata Town Developers Limited, dedicated to equipping employees and authorised users with the product knowledge, technical skills, and professional development needed to excel in the real estate and construction industry. We provide access to structured courses, training programmes, and resources designed to support learning and career growth across the organisation.

2. Definitions

  • DTD Academy: Refers to the Dantata Town Developers Academy digital learning platform, including its website and any related platforms it operates, owned and operated by Dantata Town Developers Limited.
  • User: Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the DTD Academy platform.
  • Services: All educational courses, training programmes, workshops, certifications, and related services offered by DTD Academy.
  • Account: The registered user profile created to access the Services.
  • Content: All materials, including text, video, images, audio, and assessments, made available on the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access our Services, you may be required to create an Account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. If you notice or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify us immediately. DTD Academy is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account details.

4. Eligibility

The platform is intended for employees, contractors, and other individuals authorised by Dantata Town Developers Limited, who must be 18 years or older. Access is granted in connection with your role or relationship with Dantata Town Developers Limited. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

5. User Obligations

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
  • Do not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the proper functioning of the platform.
  • Do not infringe on the rights of Dantata Town Developers Limited, other users, or third parties.
  • Do not share, resell, or redistribute course materials without authorization.
  • Do not upload or post unlawful, harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.

6. Course Enrollment and Access

Enrollment in courses is subject to availability and may require users to meet specific prerequisites. Upon successful enrollment, access to course materials is granted for the period indicated at the time of enrollment. DTD Academy reserves the right to modify, update, reschedule, or discontinue any course or programme at its discretion.

7. Certification

Upon successful completion of a course, eligible users may receive a certificate issued by DTD Academy. Certificates are issued solely on the basis of completion of the relevant programme requirements and do not constitute any professional licence or accreditation beyond what is expressly stated. DTD Academy reserves the right to verify and, where necessary, withdraw any certificate issued in error or obtained through fraudulent means.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, materials, and resources on the DTD Academy platform are the intellectual property of Dantata Town Developers Limited or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Usage Rights: Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for internal, educational purposes only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Data Protection

DTD Academy is committed to protecting users' personal information. Our data protection practices are set out in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Nigerian Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA). 10. Limitation of Liability

DTD Academy endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information but does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of all content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dantata Town Developers Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

11. Suspension and Termination

DTD Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the platform for any violation of these terms or conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to the DTD Academy community. Where a violation has occurred, we will, where reasonable, notify the user through the contact details provided in their Account. Access may be restored once the issue causing the suspension has been resolved.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts. We encourage users to first contact us so that any dispute may be resolved amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.

13. Amendments

DTD Academy may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes will not apply retroactively.
